Interface FilterFactory<A extends Annotation,​T>

  • Type Parameters:
    A - the annotation type that the factory supports
    T - the type of value being filtered
    public interface FilterFactory<A extends Annotation,​T>
    A factory that produces instances of Filter for a given Annotation.

    A FilterFactory is normally a CDI bean that is also annotated with a FilterBinding annotation. Whenever an injection point annotated with the corresponding FilterBinding annotation is encountered the FilterFactory bean's create(java.lang.annotation.Annotation) method is called to create an instance of a Filter.
